The Board

Aeristech has a strong Board and Operating Executive, supported by highly qualified and creative electrical and mechanical engineers. Our expertise and experience includes deep knowledge of the automotive and power generation sectors. The team includes significant experience as senior directors of major public companies with strong track records of managing growth and customer relationships.

 

Board comprises:

  • Chairman: Mike Woodroffe, extensive experience in CEGB power generation including CEO of power generation plants, and considerable experience as a company chairman.
  • CEO: Bryn Richards, founder of Aeristech Limited. Power generation experience with E.ON, including renewable power and energy storage. Sector leading technical experience and expertise in electrical and mechanical engineering and in the control of ultra high speed motors.
  • Corporate: Nicholas Gill, substantial corporate funding and business growth experience at director level originally in Merchant Banking and Venture Capital. Experience of commercializing platform technologies in various sectors including green energy.
  • Company Secretary: Richard Ashmore, chartered accountant with substantial experience in advising companies on financial and business structuring.
  • Non Executive: Andy Tempest, former CEO of Prodrive and former finance director of Group Lotus, with extensive knowledge of the automotive sector and technology licencing. Director of Intelligent Energy - fuel cell company.
  • Non Executive: Tim Bullock, CEO of New Wave Ventures LLP, with substantial financial experience across a range of sectors gained working with Barclays, NatWest and Lloyds TSB.
  • Advisor: Duncan Kerr, Director fund management company Midven, with broad experience of investment and business growth in high technology companies.
