Aeristech is based in Warwickshire, close to Coventry and Birmingham Airport, at the heart of the UK engineering industry with access to automotive professionals, manufacturers, and prototype component suppliers.
The Company is based in Hermes Court, Warwick. Our site has been newly fitted-out with offices, meeting spaces, laboratories, and pilot production facilities. We also have four fully instrumented test cells for motor and turbo-machine commissioning, validation and durability testing.

Aeristech are on track to deliver our most powerful motor yet at 20kW. Our new 20kW compressor brings our unique technology to larger fuel cell applications within passenger cars, commercial vehicles, marine, aerospace and industrial markets.
Aeristech wins the prestigious Horizon 2020 provided by the European Commission for the development of their Fuel Cell Compressors.
Aeristech focused its development capabilities and engineering skills also for the development of a new product range: fuel cell compressors.

The Board has extensive experience in finance, automotive technology and engineering and of particular relevance small company commercialisation and buy-out. Board Members have served as directors of both major public and start-up companies.
With a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a MSc in Advanced Manufacturing Systems and Technology, Richard Wall has developed a successful career covering high responsibility and managerial positions in large global companies. From 2004 Richard worked at Omnitec Group where he was responsible for the establishment of US and Chinese operations.
The business was sold to Continental, the international Tier 1 automotive supply group in July 2012. Since this time Richard has worked as a senior member of Continental’s Diagnostics and Services (D&S) management team as Head of Global Sales. In 2016 Richard joined Aeristech as CEO.
Duncan was awarded a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from the University of Cambridge after completing his undergraduate studies in South Africa. He has both investment experience having managed Midven’s early stage £10m fund for 6 years and operational experience as a CEO of a range of technology and manufacturing businesses.
He has previously been a Finance, Compliance Officer and Equity Analyst and has co-managed a £30m Venture Capital technology portfolio for a FTSE 350 company, achieving several profitable exits. He is currently an active angel investor consulting and mentoring early stage businesses. Duncan joined Aeristech in 2017 as COO.
Erwin Doll graduated as an Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern with a specialty in Theoretical Mechanical Engineering.
Until 2019 he was the Chief Executive Officer of Röchling Automotive the fastest growing division of the group with a turnover approaching €800 million and 20 plants and 10 countries. Erwin has over 30 years’ experience working in the automotive industry and is a member of the board and of two sub-committees of the supplier section of the VDA (the German Association of the Automotive Industry). In 2017 he joined Aeristech as director.
Representing New Wave Ventures LLP. ACA qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers with particular focus on high growth companies.
She has 10 years’ experience of Board level positions and is experienced in fund raising and corporate development, with commercial and financial management skills, business advice, development of financial systems and controls, cash flow management and forecasting, business planning and raising finance for a wide variety of businesses.
Following a 20-year career at KPMG, the latter 11 as partner, he has since invested in 20+ early stage companies, taking on the role of chairman in several of them.
Simon is an early and significant Aeristech investor in his own right and has considerable experience as a director of private and publicly quoted technology companies. Simon’s background includes experience in the Automotive sector over many years and he has recently worked with Richard Wall to develop a synopsis on the opportunities and importance of the China market.
