Sales/Business Development Executive

This is a rewarding role for a self-starter who is driven and capable of selling our products and services, strengthening forward facing relationships and supporting sales and the sales administration processes.  You should be able to actively seek opportunities to grow Aeristech's consultancy and sub-contracting divisions as well as for upcoming product lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Research potential business leads, contact via email and telephone and follow up, with a view to converting to sales.
  • Prepare quotes, respond to email or telephone enquiries Report into the company CRM database, running multiple enquiries. Provide reports from CRM along with other computer Microsoft Office software.                  
  • Develop relationships with OEMs, and end use customers, providing technical sales support as the product manufacturer.                 
  • Provide feedback about customer trends to the management team and to external suppliers, to ensure the right products are being developed with the correct functionality.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and be able to travel worldwide to visit clients and support the full sales process.
  • Capable of selling consultancy services for high-speed motors and drives.
  • Capable of selling sub-contracting services for our grinding machine, small batch production and other motor related manufacturing projects.
  • Capable of selling existing products: low pressure blowers for waste water aeration & industrial applications such as pneumatic conveying, fermentation etc.
  • Always present a professional image of oneself, the department and the company.

Essential Skills

  • Experience of sales and sales administration in a target driven environment.
  • Proven evidence/capability to achieve goals with a minimum of supervision.
  • Self-starter, driven, focused ability to lead and co-ordinate all activities in this market sector.
  • Good working knowledge of CRM, Hubspot, and Microsoft Office packages.

Salary

 Salary circa £35k, plus sales bonus.

Full-time, 37.5 hours.
